Digivices, Tags/Crests, V-pets, and other Games

These are the Digivices, Tags/Crests, V-Pets, and other virtual games that I have. This includes Digivice shaped objects and V-Pet accessories!

Digivice / D-2 (English, Japanese)
As you can see, there's a big difference in the two. The good news: there isn't much of a language barrier in playing, as with most v-pets, because they use so much simple english. The Japanese version on the right is far more accurate. Notice the black antennae and the screen. The buttons are also rubber, not plastic! I don't have a V2 yet... not sure if there's any difference outside Warp Evolve/Digivolve.

D-2 15th Anniversary "Yamato Ishida" Version
I know, I shouldn't have this up because it just went on sale, BUT I had this thing paid off with my deputy on announcement day, so I'm sure to get one. It's the same as the old V2 D2, unfortunetly. There's some other non-Yamato related stuff added, if that's your thing. Oh, and it's lighter weight!
New information was detailed about what bonuses you get when you buy. When you purchase the Yamato Digivice, first run orders also recieve a pin of the blue Digivice with a silhoutte of Yamato on the back. Any future runs will not include the bonus.

Digivice "Animation Selection" Edition
This Digivice is normal colored until you play it (note, it isn't a v-pet, but a prop replica) and features voice clips and sound effects from the show. This is how it looks during Gabumon/Yamato mode.

Charatch PB Exclusive Watch

I finally snagged this on Y!JP for about $40. Doesn't include the other faceplates/strap but it was worth it to me. This was a PB exclusive watch with interchangable colors.

Pog Holder Carrying Case
This is some sort of Japanese item. It looks to be some kind of carrier for pogs. Yamato seems to be plagued with other Digimon appearing on his Digivice. See below and there's also an Italian marble pouch shaped like Yamato's digivice with Ikkakumon on it (again, another fav of mine for the YamatoxJou implications... for more on that, keep scrolling).

Light-Up Model "Shine!"
Not my image as I'm expecting one in the mail. This Digivice model lights up and has interchangable Digimon plates. I'm missing the Gabumon plate. :(

Digivice Playset (cross-listed in Figures)
This playset opens up into two parts. The lid houses a "evolving" room and the other half houses a park-like area for a miniature Gabumon/Garurumon and Gomamon to play, complete with Marching Fishes in the river. As YamatoxJou is my favorite pairing, this toy is special to me.

Red D-3 Viewer

This is some kind of gashapon toy, I'm sure. I'm not listing the regular D-3 since it's technically Daisuke/Davis', but this one has scenes from Yamato's first Zero Two episode as seen in the screen. It's hard to tell, but Yamato is in the bottom left, Gabumon on the right. Other scenes are viewable, although only two feature either of them.

Version 2 V-Pet
Originally, I wasn't sure if I would include this. After all, the Pendulum Cycle 8 has a WereGarurumon on the box, but you could say this is where our friend Gabumon got his start in the world of Digimon. This is the second issue of the original 1997 V-Pet that inspired the series.

Gabumon V-Pet In Box / Case Figure
Cross posted in Figures. This is a Japanese figure that features Gabumon's egg design on a case that opens up. The case is based on the 1997 V-Pet and the figure is very heavy and appears gold, but is made of metal.

Digimon Accelerator Skin
Note that the accelerator itself isn't exclusive, just the skin. I got it awhile ago, I know it was limited but not sure of anything else about it. From what I recall on the blue accelerator you can't raise a Garurumon...

Digimon Twin Limited Edition
The Digimon Twin was an interesting V-Pet. This one was limited and bundled with it's R half, WarGreymon. I'm almost positive you could jogress to Omega/Omnimon. Also, you need another Twin L/R to battle a Twin L/R. Standard V-Pet fair, though.

Tag / Crest Set by Yutaka (1999)
This set is still hard to find and pricey when you do (I paid $250 for mine, it was complete in box but used. It's working condition.) These included 8 tags that slide into the tag and it lights up. It also included a small chain (I replaced mine with a white cord for accuracy).

Tag / Emblem Set (15th Anniversary Version)
These are an improved version of the original at a third of the price. They glow the same as the original and the crests are removable like the original, too. The tag itself is more accurate, lighter, and uses updated lighting technology. First press bonuses included all the pins from previous first pressings of the GEM line as well as a unique "tag" pin. This set also includes a longer chain than the original. They may have some functionality with the new Digivice, but I'm not sure.

Memorial Goods Digivice and Crest
Oh my. These were a pain to track down. I paid 1600 yen for them (about $10-15 USD) and I've seen sets as high as $40 on ebay. x.x I won these off of Yahoo! Japan because they could only be obtained in gashapon machines in Japan. These are 2/20 variants total!

Gabumon Earbuds / Headphones

These were widely released retractable earbuds. They had an Agumon style as well as a matching iPhone 6 case. (I passed on the case; I'm an Android user)
