They discuss something about Yamato's harmonica (it seems Yamato gave it to Jyou, and yes the flashback of an equivalent scene in the series is there) and so, Jyou hands it back to Yamato again. They go back to Jyou's, I'm guessing, and end up kissing. Yamato returns his harmonica to Jyou again. The mood overall seems somber and I'm guessing his run-in with Jyou is secondary to his relationship with Taichi.
